I am Molly Klipp, founder of Carefree Beauty Permanent Makeup and Profit Coach with Beauty Business Mastery.
I have spent more than four decades in the beauty industry and have built two successful beauty businesses.
For 32 years, I worked in leadership with Aloette Cosmetics in the Seattle area. I later built Carefree Beauty Permanent Makeup, where I have served my clients for more than 12 years.
Like many business owners, I once believed that if I could simply make more money, everything would work itself out.
But making more money without the right systems is not a plan.
IIt was not until I hired a bookkeeper, worked with a coach, and began truly understanding my numbers that I saw how much clearer and calmer business could become.
Now I help beauty business owners connect those same pieces.
